External Affairs minister S Jaishankar today said Pakistan-occupied Kashmir ( PoK) belongs to India and the country will have jurisdiction over that area one day."Our position on PoK has always been and will always be very clear. PoK is part of India and we expect one day that we will have the jurisdiction, physical jurisdiction over it," Foreign Minister Subrahmanyan Jaishankar said in a news conference.Jaishankar was responding to a query about remarks from Defence Minister Rajnath Singh's that if talks were to be held with Pakistan, it will be on PoK.
