Stuart is currently Head of Digital Customer and User Experience at TSB Bank, where he leads a skilled and diverse experience design team responsible for helping to create the next generation of TSB’s digital service offerings in line with the banks ambition to be a genuinely innovative and disruptive force for good within the UK financial service industry. |
