Stuart is an experience design practitioner and leader with over twenty years’ experience helping clients create successful digital experiences for web, app and digital TV services for businesses including Microsoft, Lloyds Bank, JP Morgan, RBS, Ogilvy & Mather, Vodafone, BBC, LEGO, and Manchester United.

Stuart is currently Head of Digital Customer and User Experience at TSB Bank, where he leads a skilled and diverse experience design team responsible for helping to create the next generation of TSB’s digital service offerings in line with the banks ambition to be a genuinely innovative and disruptive force for good within the UK financial service industry.
