United States President Joe Biden appears to take aim at former president Donald Trump by saying no one else had added more to the national debt in 4 years than his “predecessor”.

“Nearly 25 per cent of the entire national debt that took over 200 years was added by just one administration alone,” President Biden said to Congress during his State of the Union address.
