So when it is less than 1 minute, that is when you are long into premature ejaculation. Treatment options are drugs like SSRI’s Serotonin Reuptake Inhibitors and Selective Serotonin Reuptake Inhibitors and Tricyclic Anti Depressants. They are available in gel forms, topical applicants. They are prescribed by a urologist or an andrologist. Patient has to see them and get it prescribed. Only side effect is there is decreased sensation of sexual or behavior of both the patient and the partner. Otherwise not known to be of any other problems.
