In this video I share my thoughts about slow living for beginners. I share 8 easy tips for a slow living lifestyle. We don't need infinite amounts of free time to practice slow living. It's more about how mindful and intentional we are, with the time we have available.

Minimalism, mindfulness, intentional living and living a slow lifestyle have a lot in common. I find that they work perfectly together to create a life of less stress, more intentionality, more calmness and more fulfilment. For me, living a slow life is the only way to go. In this video I share how to live slowly in a way that can fit into your lifestyle.
