Baystate Health is pleased to host our first annual series of Community Benefit Forums,in partnership with our hospitals’ Community Benefits Advisory Councils (CBACs) and local County Health Improvement Plan (CHIP) networks. Each Forum will include a presentation from Baystate Health Leaders and the Community Benefit Team, followed by Q&A.
Following the Q&A, participants are invited to join a conversation (in partnership with CHIP) about the upcoming regional community health needs assessment.
BY THE END OF THE FORUMS, WE HOPE PARTICIPANTS WILL HAVE:
• Increased their understanding of Baystate Health’s Community Benefit Program, its CB strategies and initiatives and how they align with/complement the CHIP process and other community efforts
• Gained awareness of ways to stay informed/engaged with Baystate Health
• Increased awareness of and identified ways to engage with the local Community Health Improvement Plan (CHIP) networks and the regional community health needs assessment
