Like many of us, Emma has always set her bike up using rules of thumb, and what sort of feels right on the bike. But these days bike fits have evolved from this, Shimano's involves a number of different steps and even some motion capture cameras!

The upshot of this though is that bike fits can ensure that your position on the bike is perfect, and allows you to get the most enjoyment out of your riding.
