I apologize for the brevity on this one because as you might be able to tell from my voice, I've been sick this week and really struggled to get these last two videos out. I'm on the mend though and have bigger plans for next week.
But I thought this bike fit would be interesting to see since it illustrates really well what can happen to our mechanics when we diverge from our most efficient cadence. In this case, even going up 10 rpms or less saw some changes in this rider's pelvic stability. He didn't shift on the bike or skew his sitting position, but there was a definite change in his motion over the saddle.
