We have been long time Garmin users (both a decade plus), but the latest Wahoo offerings have been intriguing and we wanted to see how they stacked up against Garmin. We decided to test out the Wahoo Roam and compare it to both the Garmin Edge 530 and Edge 830. After testing the Wahoo Roam for a few weeks, we run through what we like and dislike about both Wahoo and Garmin, and we make some decisions as to what bike computer we each plan to stick with going forward. There was a lot to discuss and compare!

(At the time, we did not have the new Wahoo Bolt (v.2) in hand just yet, so stay tuned for an update that will include this computer as well)
