Hi friends, welcome to our channel, Balikabalida thalaviarda. This is a short video of biskoth movie. The main actors are Santhanam, Tara Alishah, swati Muppala, Anand Raj and Aadukalam Naren. The movie was released in theaters during diwali and on OTT recently. I saw it on tentkotta.com. If we want to narrate the story in a single line, we can say that it is about how an employee in a biscuit manufacturing company, whose late dad was a former owner finally becomes the owner of the biscuit company. The director appears to be confused whether this should be taken as a comedy or a serious movie. Some situations which we imagine to be serious become comedy and vice-versa. We are also confused whether Santhanam wants to be a serious hero or a comical hero. Santhanam tries to do justice to the role and dances, fights, drops in some punch liners and tries his best to portray himself as a hero. However, we don't feel so. There are two heroines in the movie, played by Swati Muppala and Tara Alishah. Swati was a Miss India contestant from Karnataka in 2017. She looks like Shreya Saran in some angles and has a good career ahead. She can put on some weight. Both the heroines have done their part well and can be complimented for that. However, we are disappointed as we expected more from the movie. For OTT platform, it is the right length at 1 hour and 45 minutes. As far as Santhanam is concerned, all his body language depicts him as a comedian. I think we can only view him as a comedy hero and not a serious one. He cannot be a action hero. He is trying his best to look serious but he can't as his appearance always makes him look less serious. It would be better for him if he acts as a hero in comedy subjects and not enact serious roles. His strength is comedy and he can continue to work on it and not work on weakness like action. The transition to a hero needs audience approval. I doubt if the audience still views him as a hero. I hope Santhanam seriously considers this and gives up on becoming a full fledged hero.
