Anne Meissner, a Senior from Oaks Christian, speaks on her childhood growing up in Germany and her unexpected culture shock moving to California. Anne was born in Germany and moved to California at age 11. Her topic was inspired by the contrasts between European urban design and the more car centric Californian urban design. In her free time she enjoys playing video games, sewing, and playing guitar. In her Future she would like to have a job which involves lab technology or agriculture.
