You're about to see the best way to work out sitting or standing in a small space!I The Under Desk and Stand Up Mini Elliptical: A Doctor's Honest Review-2021 video tells the truth regarding my opinion of the Sunny Elliptical. As a travel medicine doctor it is imperative I exercise daily but due to the restrictions of shelter in place, many gyms are closed. This ellipical has allowed me to still exercise and burn calories anywhere (i.e., my condo, my office, a hotel room on the road) and remain fit and healthy regardless of the gyms being open or closed!

This is the second one I purchased. The first mini elliptical was for sitting only and I wanted to be able to sit or stand - this one is a keeper! The pedals didn't really glide as smooth as I would have preferred but over time, it got better - I'm happy:)

The machine allows you to get additional exercise while at your desk without feeling like you're even working out! Sometimes I actually forget my feet are pedaling. There are some reports which state you can actually burn up to 150 calories/hour - but don't quote me on that. I haven't really witnessed shear weight loss but I do notice additional tone in my legs and thighs since I started using this machine.
