Usually you see coach on here in podcast mode, today I share a video of Coach Javier Mendez in Coach mode. Where he talks about the difficulties of sparring, when so many fighters have upcoming fights. This is basically him talking about having the right coaches working with the right guys. It is also about how much time should be focused on the ground game vs Stand up fighting. Interestingly enough Coach Javier Mendez was a world champion Kickboxer, but he really knows the value of a grapplers skill set.
