This is a video review of the BH Fitness X5Si Elliptical Machine. BH Fitness is a globally-known brand recognized for their quality fitness products that they have been manufacturing for over 100 years. Their elliptical trainers are commercial-grade quality and sturdy, as this video review of the X5Si will show. This video demonstration begins by highlighting the major points of this model that include a unique floating suspension design and an advanced iConcept powered, Bluetooth-enabled console that is compatible with both iOS and Android devices. Coming to the general features of the X5Si, this presentation presents the suspended floating design, the 20 1/2” stride, and narrow 1 ½ Q-Factor, which is the distance between the pedals. This narrow spacing, or Q-Factor, creates a more natural feel to your workout. General features highlighted also include upgraded multi-positional grip handlebars that make upper-body workouts easy and fun. One note, this model lacks adjustable features which can be a problem considering the price tag. Next presented is the console area. The console is Bluetooth compatible and works with both iOS and Android devices, powered by iConcept technology. As you can see, there is plenty of storage space for your favorite devices, a water bottle holder, as well as a magazine and tablet holder that is designed with grips to keep your devices safely in place while working out. There are 24 electromagnet levels of resistance, along with 26 built-in workout programs, making it easy to mix up workouts and achieve desired fitness results. One thing to note in regards to the console: there is no fan or audio capabilities, though you do still have the iConcept feature. In all, this video review highlights the X5Si as a solid, commercial-grade, reliable machine with a lot of program variety, iConcept technology and a unique design that's easy on the joints.
