Jim is the president and CEO of Goodwill Industries International and recently served a two-year term on the White House Council for Community Solutions as appointed by President Obama. Gibbons is the recipient of several awards including the National Jefferson Award for Greatest Public Service Benefiting the Disadvantaged, the SmartCEO EcoCEO award for organizational commitment to the environment, the Young Presidents' Organization Social Enterprise Leadership Award, and the Purdue Outstanding Industrial Engineer of the Year award.
