Pragya Agarwal is a behavioural scientist, inclusivity consultant, two timeTEDx speaker, and an author. Pragya helps organisations create equitable processes, offering keynote talks, audits and workshops in diversity and unconscious bias.

She was named as one of top 100 influential women entrepreneurs in the UK for 2018-19, and one of 50 on the 'High and Mighty' List making an impact in the India-UK corridor. She regularly appears on global radio and television platforms including BBC Women's Hour, BBC Radio 5 Live, BBC Breakfast, Australian Broadcasting Service and Canadian Radio.
