This is a great way to bend you knee at home after knee replacement surgery. Once your incision is closed your therapist may recommend you use this exercise at home between therapy sessions.

This is also a great one to use if your therapist is pushing too hard or is too aggressive and you want to improve your knee flexion on your own.
