When it comes to financial planning, the word FIRE has a different meaning. A good friend of mine with a long standing career in financial planning & wealth management explains this concept. We discuss how this strategy is used for people planning for retirement or a strategy to retire early and how we can utilize that starting now. As we discuss in the video, the key take away from FIRE is manage your expenses and increase your savings. Pair these savings with a strategy to grow those savings through the stock market, real estate and other investment types and you will be well on your way. Really its just a separate account to start saving with and help you build up your own portfolio of savings with the future. This is investing at its finest and taking advantage of time and safe investments!
