I wanted to form a habit of exercise in my life that’s why I tried this 30 days of doing push up challenge and I made success to it And now I am starting my long journey towards better me, fit and healthy lifestyle. I loss 10kg for a month just doing push up and a little bit of cardio at home. I feel more stronger now compare last month and very much happy I tried this challenge and makes me more mentally and physically fit.
