At the beginning of their marriage, Ali and Josh had over $100,000 of student debt! Instead of feeling defeated by this number, they decided to take control of their finances and teach others to do the same. They are currently in their second "house hack", which is where you purchase a duplex, live in one unit and rent out the other. This greatly reduces your monthly expenses allowing you to save/invest/pay off debt much faster.

Hi we are Jamie and Sarah and on this channel we show you different ways to make money outside of a 9-5 job. But our true heart behind doing silly furniture flips, house flips and stuff like that is to help inspire & show people that it’s possible to have financial and time freedom. We aren’t special. Financial freedom has many definitions, but for us it is the point that our passive income pays for all of our expenses at our current standard of living. Financial freedom is NOT about being able to buy fancy cars, go on lavish vacations or live in a mansion. It’s about TIME FREEDOM. The freedom to choose what we do with our time and our lives.

There are two things you can do to reach financial freedom: increase your passive income(this is money you make without punching a clock)and decrease expenses.
