A big jolt came for Congress Party in Delhi after its leader Arvinder Singh Lovely on Tuesday joined Bharatiya Janata Party in presence of the party chief Amit Shah. It is believed that ahead of Municipal Corporation of Delhi polls that is scheduled to be on April 23, the Congress has been facing trouble as some of its senior leaders resigned from the party after a dispute over ticket distribution.
