Hello everyone! Thanks for watching ClevverTV. I'm your host Dana Ward chatting about the latest news from Gossip Girl. As an avid GG watcher, I was shocked to hear that Blair Waldorf will be no more. That's right, Leighton Meester spoke up to E! News that she's set to leave the show in order to pursue outside projects. I mean, how on earth can the 'xoxo' go on sans Blair?? The only thing that seems to make me feel slightly better is the fact that Leighton is still under contract on the popular CW show and she will stick around for 2 more years. Plus, it's good to hear that show producers are reportedly supportive of the cast wanting to work on other projects in the industry. So perhaps we'll get some more movie roles and music tracks straight from Meester post-Gossip Girl. That's the latest news from GG.
