How to shorten Pants length with Rubber bands

This video will teach you how to shorten pants length without cutting. You don't need to cut the pants to reduce the length. Simply use the rubber band or hair tie. First fold the pant outwards and then take the hair band and wear over the pant. Now fold the pant inwards. That's it.
