Sun Salutations On the Go - Aham Yoga | Yoga with Aru

This is my favorite go-to yoga sequence, whenever I feel strapped for time, traveling or just need to breathe and move my body to access my mind and breath. I love surya namaskars aka sun salutations.

In this video, we do 3 rounds of 3 different types of sun salutes starting with classical and heading over into Vinyasa A & Vinyasa B salutes. So roll out your mat, move and breathe with me for 15 minutes!
