Archlinux loading via "shim" (taken from Ubuntu ["The Vivid Vervet"]) in UEFI Secure Boot mode.

Instruction:

1. file "EFI/arch/shim.efi" -- take from Ubuntu package with name "shim-signed" (original file "shim.efi.signed" renaming to "shim.efi")

2. file "EFI/arch/MokManager.efi" -- take from Ubuntu package with name "shim" (original file "MokManager.efi.signed" renaming to "MokManager.efi")
