An island near Taiwan called Lanyu has highest prevalence of Schizophrenia. However, the mental illness was like a disease and spreading to people, Tao tribe, on the island after open in traffic with Taiwan.
According to several personal observations and governmental surveying, Liu reminds people to see illness or disease not only prevalence but also social structure.


Abu is a psychiatry resident doctor in Chang Gung Hospital. He came up with an idea to record his daily job when taking care of his patients which was published in 2013. He went through his next phase of medical career when he joined Taiwan Medical Mission in Swaziland as a substitute service.
