Polyphia is an instrumental progressive rock band out of Plano, TX, who often feature guitar legend Steve Vai in their songs. Vai will be featured in this song and the next. As for the song title "Ego death," it's a psychological term that essentially means the loss of self-identity. Perhaps this song is meant to do the very same? We shall see. Enjoy!
