Editing Details:

Last of Us is my favorite story game of all time, that is why I had a lot of fun making The Last of Us Season 2 dream trailer. Fortunately Pedro Pascal has a new film when I made this and Bella Ramsey. I was worried I would not be able to make this good because Bella Ramsey clips are not showing her in apocalypse environment. Fortunately I found amazing fan films which carried the trailer.

I begin the trailer with the Joel rescuing Ellie a clip from The Last of us, then transition to Abby crying over the lost of his father. We get introduce to Abby which I made to be Kathryn Newton. As a style I made Ellie play the guitar in the beginning and the end. The challenge was making Ellie take the lead in the trailer with limited amount of clips of Bella Ramsey available. So I made Joel’s demise a large part to be able to show more of him. Then I made custom wording that is similar to the Last of Us font by highlighting “New Season”. I end the trailer showing a flashback with Joel inspiring Ellie to fight for something when she finds her self in a bad time she did not expect. The Last of Us Season 2 dream trailer editing process was very enjoyable. The final result was better than I expected.
