Bollywood actor Sanjay Dutt has reportedly been diagnosed with Stage 3 lung cancer and will be flying to the US for treatment. Sanjay Dutt's wife, Maanayata Dutt, has issued a statement on the actor's cancer diagnosis. In her statement, Maanayata says that Sanju has always been a fighter and that they all will emerge as winners out of this. She also thanked all those who expressed concern and sent across their good wishes for the actor. Maanayata also requested all of Sanjay Dutt's fans to not fall prey to speculations and rumours.
