3 week long road trip all the way down to San Diego without any hotel reservations since there was no set of plans made prior to the starting date of the trip. Ended up being successful in choosing value-oriented hotels at destinations using travel coupons. 30-day sim-card for data was purchased first day in the States and was very useful. We would love to do this sort of road trip again since we all loved this trip except for the part that we had to sleep one night in the truck at a rest stop. Many many long lasting memories along the way. Some ups and downs obviously just like the life but overall one heck of trip that's well enjoyed, well executed, well done.
