Matthias Hieber works at the Department of Mathematics at the Technical University of Darmstadt, leading there the research group of Applied Analysis. His fields of research are Fluid Dynamics, Partial Differential Equation, Harmonic Analysis and Evolution Equations. He held the Jean-Morlet Chair at CIRM during the second first of 2022, in collaboration with Sylvie Monniaux (Aix-Marseille University-I2M, co-holder).
