Beast Mode Kettlebell HIIT Workout |

Today's workout requires nothing more than a jump rope and a kettlebell! Work as hard as you can and get sweaty :)
You'll need to set your interval timer to 18 rounds of :10 and :30 second intervals then do the following exercises: 1. Kettlebell swings 2. Air squats 3. Double unders (or single unders) 4. Push ups 5. Kettlebell high pull 6.
