This is historic first time when the new Borax wagons are taken to the Harmony Borax Works mine in Death Valley where the original Borax wagons are now on display. The Death Valley 49ers celebrate their 70th year and the National Park Service celebrates Death Valley's 25th year as a national park. For 2 days the new wagons are on parade and taken to the Harmony mine, within 200 yards of their ancestral wagons. Come watch the hitching of the 20 mule team and the new Borax wagons as they travel in their ancestral homeland, Death Valley, and stand in the shadow of their ancestors at the Harmony Borax Works mine.
