Hey Guys welcome back to my channel. In this video I’m going to show you how I cook Scrambled Salmon and Eggs. This oldie but goodie has been enjoyed by the masses all over the world. I’m sure that there are many many different ways to cook this dish but this is my spin on it. My Mother’s is the best I’ve ever tasted and she uses fatback drippings when she makes her’s. Feel free to omit the bacon or fatback drippings if you are looking for a healthier dish. You can use olive oil, grape seed oil, vegetable oil or butter make it your own. Pair this dish with good ole Southern grits or rice and you have a winner.
Scrambled Salmon and Eggs: 2 Cans DoubleQ Pink Salmon 1 Large Onion, chopped 1 Dozen Eggs Bacon Drippings Salt & Pepper to taste In a large frying pan heat bacon drippings then add chopped onions. Cook the onions until tender then add both cans of salmon. You can remove the bones if you want to but I didn’t in this video. Let cook for about 5 minutes then add salt and pepper to your liking.
