Bayern Munich displayed their dominance and sent a warning to the rest of the Bundesliga after defeating Bochum 7-0 on the road.

In Bayern's first attack in the fourth minute, Leroy Sane combined with Benjamin Pavard on the right flank, the Frenchman played the ball back to the German, who curled a beautiful right-footed shot into the top right corner.

In the 25th minute, Reimann came out to claim the ball from a corner but failed and Matthijs de Ligt was on hand on his first start to head home.

Kingsley Coman then seized on a defensive error to make it 3-0 before Sadio Mane made it four before the break.

Despite the points being in the bag, Bayern refused to slow down in the second half. Mane slotted away a penalty on the hour mark, Cristian Gamboa then scored an own goal before Serge Gnabry got in on the act late on.

Defeats to title contenders Borussia Dortmund and RB Leipzig on Saturday, combined with their own impressive victory, made it the perfect weekend for Bayern.
