Our second video addresses the question of what leadership should be. It introduces the concept of collaborative leadership, that is, leadership which is enacted by everyone in the school and which is built on values of inclusive participation and holistic learning. It explores two key ideas, dependence and co-development, and their relationship to the development of collaborative leadership.
