We have created the installation ‘Obedience’ for the Jüdisches Museum in Berlin for the year 2015-2016. The core of the project was the Sacrifice of Isaac seen and interpreted by 3 different religions. During the path of the installation we wanted to show you that for us the child Isaac/Ishmael was representing the refugee child wandering around Europe trying to find a safer place to live. Unfortunately the topic of the installation almost 3 years later is not less urgent to point out.
