In this video, you'll learn how to post a GIF on Instagram.

Since Instagram doesn't allow you to upload GIF files, an easy solution is to convert your GIF into an MP4 file.

The tool we're going to be using to convert your GIF into an MP4 is an easy-to-use, online video editor called VEED.

The first step to posting your GIF to Instagram is uploading your GIF to VEED.

Once you import your GIF, you can choose to change the aspect ratio of your GIF, add text to your GIF, and trim your GIF - all within VEED's online video editor.

Most importantly, you should edit your video output settings so that your final GIF looks as best as possible when you post your GIF on Instagram.
