Time for another chat folks and this one is great! Leigh Remedios was once ranked #1 in the UK for featherweight MMA and has fought in the UFC. Starting with his dad as a young boy, Leigh progressed into striking arts such as Taekwondo before finding grappling in Vancouver and fighting no-holds-barred matches! Upon returning to the UK he smashed the UK MMA scene and was soon approached by the UFC!

He now teaches MMA and Jiu-Jitsu from Chippenham near Bath.
