Time to smoke yourself! And this 10 minute workout will get you there. I'm using a 20lb weighted vest for this, but you can go lighter or heavier. Or, you can just run through this workout without the vest and just go bodyweight. And if you need a little more sweat, run this workout for a few rounds! Let us know what you think!
