Dr. Ankit Dwivedi, draws from his PhD work to share that stories are already a part of teachers' personal and professional lives. With experiential training, live support and a community of practice, more teachers can tell stories more often, harnessing their transformative potential. Along with some personal insights, he shares some resources that any teacher or community storyteller may use to start and strengthen their storytelling journey. Dr. Ankit Dwivedi is a storyteller and researcher based in India. His doctoral work focuses on Storytelling and Teacher Education within the context of Indian schools.

Before pursuing his Ph.D., Ankit completed a Masters in Social Work where also engaging in participatory theatre. His professional training includes storytelling at the International School of Storytelling, England, Art Therapy at Bapu Trust, Pune, and Design Thinking and Game Design at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in the United States.

With over a decade of experience in performing arts and group facilitation, Ankit has worked across geographies, including India, the UK, and the US, collaborating with non-profits, universities, entrepreneurs, and businesses.
