Vasundhara Raje government in Rajasthan is expected to present a controversial bill that bars courts from taking up cases against legislators, ministers and government officials without government's prior sanction. Congress is all set to protest against this controversial ordinance calling it as an attempt to shield corrupt in the ministry and in the bureaucracy.
