The International Criminal Court announced Monday it is seeking arrest warrants for Hamas leader Yahya Sinwar and Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu. Israel, like the U.S., does not recognize the ICC’s jurisdiction. President Joe Biden called the arrest warrant for Netanyahu “outrageous.”
