There are a number of "types" of eating disorders and, while they all have a lot in common, it can be helpful to understand the differences between anorexia, bulimia, binge eating disorder, orthorexia, purging disorder, night eating syndrome and Eating Disorder Not Otherwise Specified (EDNOS) because each has its own distinguishing features that resonate more/less in each unique circumstance. In this video we explain each of these eating disorder terms/types so you better understand them.
