Sirha is the worldwide event for the catering and hospitality industry.

It is held every two years at Lyon in France. The 2013 edition welcomed 2'980 exhibitors and international brands, 185'450 visitors and 800 journalists. It is an event not to be missed by professionals in the hotel and catering sectors.

The Sirha is also host to several prestigious contests, including the final of the greatest cuisine contest in the world: the Bocuse d'Or -- created in 1987 by Paul Bocuse -- in which the best chefs on the planet get to pit their skills against one another.
