Diya is an AS student from Malaysia. Driven by her curiosity for human behaviour, she is determined to explore why people feel more misunderstood now than ever, despite technological advancements resulting in the ease of communication. Turning her attention towards a lack of empathy in this world, could empathy be the missing piece of the puzzle?
