This is a news story done by Channel 50 Santa Rosa in 2006. Curtis Kim is interviewing maritime historian and model shipwright Steve Priske about his 2003 discovery of 1,500 glass plate negative photographs, depicting over 65 west coast built tall ships. None of the photographs discovered nor the history of the ships depicted has been published in a history book. It is Mr. Priske's intention to see an historical reference book is published to herald the fantastic history of the long lost fleet of the Tall Ships of San Francisco c.1859-1903
