The murder of George Floyd and the Black Lives Matter movement, connected with the disparities of Covid-19 has stirred a social consciousness and awakening in many around the World over the last two years.

The complexity of inequality and particularly race inequality is relegated to lower divisions. The private, public and voluntary sectors have all scrambled over the last two years to review, renew and republish Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) initiatives.

In his TEDx Talk, Arshad Khaliq shares his innovative Race Equity Continuum Paradigm a new to challenge and change the way we talk about race within the power groups and anchor organisations.
