Muhammad Ali Raza was born on Friday 28th of the month of Muharram , 1412 A.H. (approximately 09 August 1991), in Kot Lakhpat,Lahore, Pakistan. His father's name is "Muhammad Ashraf" known as (Ashraf Lakhpati). Before permanently moving to other City, he lived in Lahore City .[citation needed] Muhammad Ali Raza's Two Brother Muhammad Ali Raza and Muhammad Mateen Ashraf.

Muhammad Ali Raza had never accepted payment for reciting na'at poems. Recording companies had offered him handsome amounts for releasing his albums, but he had refused. He would never ask for a ride to take him to programs where he was invited for reciting, nor would he accept money for taxi fare. He never accepted any money made from his recordings, and any proceeds would be forwarded toward funding Mosque or Jamia Education Institution righteous projects.
