It may be the world's most famous clock and today, its second hand struck again.

We're talking about the Doomsday Clock — the annual illustration from the Chicago-based Bulletin of the Atomic Scientists — of the world’s vulnerability to catastrophe. It's remained unchanged for three years, but as WTTW News reporter Patty Wetli explains, that's not a good sign.
